i know points have been taken off for this blatantly uncool confession, but it had to be said. I spent all of last night jiving around my room to ABBA and various showtunes from the likes of cult classics such as Little Shop of Horrors, Les Miserables, By the Light of the Silvery Moon, Calamity Jane (Yes Im a big Doris Day fan) Sound of Music and The Lion King
Maybe its my inner drama queen speaking - or who am I trying to kid maybe its just me a bonafide drama queen speaking but show tunes complete me. I havent yet perfected all the ultimate traits of the drama queen such as crying on queue, fainting or the piercing squeal but I still believe that I am quasi drama queen. I have been known to belt out in song without even realising that Im singing, I believe that my life is one massive dramatic musical with twists and turns that I - the protagonist/ heroine- is not even aware of yet.
im still waiting for my own sugar 'daddy warbucks' to hook me up with a sweet penthouse in the upper east side.
